For those of you wanting extra training time, go ahead and celebrate, noon BJJ class has been extended to 2 hours!!!
The extra hour will be used for increased drilling, troubleshooting and live training. Please spread the word and we look forward to seeing everyone’s smiling face for an additional hour everyday!
