When my friends and I first came to combat fitness we were a bit skeptical. However, after consultation we were so excited to get started. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the class size and level was perfect for us. The first class exceeded expectations. We were immediately welcomed into the class and the trainers didn’t hesitate to help us when we were struggling. The class is challenging but rewarding. We can’t wait to see the results in the coming sessions.
