As always, the staff here at SBG Idaho, strives to provide our students with the best possible training methods and coaches we can find. In that effort, we are very excited to announce the addition of decorated boxer, Daniel Marin, to our coaching staff here at the best martial arts school in Idaho!
Coach Marin has trained in the sweet science for 15 years and holds an amateur record of 43-8, with 17 championships to his credit. He spent four years training in Las Vegas with boxing legend, Fernando Vargas, while he worked to make the transition to the professional ranks. An unfortunate accident cut his competitive career short before he was to make his professional debut, but he maintained his love for the sport through coaching. He has spent the last four years training both amateur and professional boxers, and is very excited to bring his expertise to our Tribe!!!
Coach Marin will be teaching a CAP/Foundations level boxing class on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8-9am. If you are interested in switching your boxing training times from the evening to the morning on Tuesdays and Thursdays, please stop by the front desk!
