Hollier Dominant in Professional MMA Debut!

March 30, 2019 – Logan, Utah SBG Idaho MMA athlete, Ben Hollier, made a successful professional debut at Mountain Force MMA 9 (Cache County Event Center), defeating Anthony Pagliaro via first round submission to strikes.

Hollier came out light on his feet, circling and changing levels. Pagliaro missed on a few kicks, before stepping into punching range, where he was promptly scooped up and slammed to his back by a Hollier double leg. Pagliaro attempted a leg lock, which Hollier easily defended before passing to side control and then mount. Hollier maintained good hip pressure, advancing to high mount before posturing up and landing hard punches and elbows. Pagliaro attempted several escapes, but was trapped. More hard punches and elbows followed, and Pagliaro ultimately wilted, tapping to strikes at the 3 minute mark of round 1!

Congrats on a great victory Ben, we look forward to many more! Special thanks to all the training partners and coaches that helped Ben prepare!!!
