SBG Idaho Coach Noah “Constrictor” Shultz returns to the cage this Saturday, June 27, at Fusion Fight League: Thornton vs Mann!
Flyweight Champion, Shultz (5-2 MMA, 2-1 FFL), returns to the Fusion cage yet again, as he looks to defend his title for the second time against Chris “Honeybee” Wagner (4-2 MMA, 4-2 FFL). Tough times produce tough people, and recent months have been exactly that in the mixed martial arts world. Loss of employment, gym closures, and event cancellations have created a lot of uncertainty for our MMA comp team. Shultz showed his mettle during the downtime, by staying consistent with his training and keeping his eyes firmly on his goals. When the opportunity to compete was presented, Shultz jumped at it, providing a great example of the “stay ready” mentality of a true martial artist!
We look forward to watching Coach Noah get back to doing what he does best this Saturday night. He will be joining SBG Montana athletes, Wyatt Daniels, Braeden Tovey, Garret Hadley, Duran Flaget, Gage Saunders, and Marnic Mann for an exciting night of action!
