With over a decade of experience as a pizza chef, Tyler and his wife Kik decided to make their dream a reality in 2019, and started their own pizza truck. With traditional hand-mixed dough from local flour and high quality baker’s yeast, their crust is as close to Italy as you can get! Serving the only real THAI PIZZA in the Treasure Valley, Anzalone Pizza brings their customers authentic Neapolitan style pizza with a modern twist!
