Calling all Treasure Valley Muay Thai, boxing, and MMA students and coaches!
Sunday, September 10 from 10am-noon SBG Idaho will be hosting our first ever Spar Wars! This will be a fun event intended to strengthen our martial arts community and get some great cross training in the process! Coaches will be on hand to supervise and ensure that sparring remains light, technical, and beneficial to all experience levels. Our ring and cage will also be available for anyone wanting to jump in!
THIS EVENT IS FREE FOR ALL!
All visiting students please arrive early to fill out a waiver beforehand.
For those in attendance, we will also be discounting the Sean Fagan “Muay Thai Guy” seminar the following weekend. All participants, members and non-members, will receive the second day of the seminar for FREE!!
