With Fight Night 7 just a few hours away, we want to express our appreciation for all the support The Gorilla Booster Club of Idaho receives from our Tribe and community!
Gorilla Cup Fight Night and many other events we put on at SBG Idaho, raise funds for GBC Idaho, a registered 501c3, dedicated to enhancing the martial arts experience for our students through competition. Just in the last 3 years alone, the funds raised through GBC Idaho, have allowed us to send our athletes to compete in 3 countries, all across the US, and the Pacific Northwest/Rocky Mountain regions! MMA, Muay Thai, Judo, and Boxing athletes have all benefited from the generosity of our GBC of Idaho supporters!
Just last weekend, with the help of GBC Idaho, Muay Thai athletes Kyler Fordyce and Robert Owen traveled to Wilmington, Delaware to compete in the USA Muay Thai Grand National tournament, where they each dominated the competition and brought home championship belts! Bringing the belt total across all programs to 10 over the last 3 years!
So once again, we want to thank each and every spectator, sponsor, and volunteer for all that you have done to support the efforts of the GBC of Idaho and allow us to continue helping our students become mentally, physically, emotionally stronger and more resilient! We look forward to seeing you all on Saturday as we enjoy another amazing evening of action at Gorilla Cup Fight Night 7!!!
