Combat fitness has been a great way to get back into shape and I love how professional they are. They are not only great with advanced fighters but are amazing with beginners as well. They are very patient and will break down the basics for new comers to grasp. I look forward to spending the next 6 months with them to build basic fighting knowledge from the best in Boise. They’re facility is very well equipped and clean.
