SBG Idaho let its presence be known this past weekend at the Impact BJJ Tournament in Salt Lake City, Utah. Despite only sending three grapplers, the results were very positive!
In the women’s nogi blue belt division, Stephanie Hernandez earned the silver medal, and in the men’s white belt gi division, Nick Meyer also earned a silver. Our third tribe member, Mark Lambert, battled hard, but dropped two matches in the men’s white belt gi division. For both Nick and Mark, it was their first BJJ competition.
We are incredibly proud of all the students willing to step on the mats and test their skills, your jiu-jitsu will improve greatly because of it!!!
