We want to take a moment to recognize our event partner for the inaugural Summer Submission Showdown – Northwest Submission Challenge!
The Northwest Submission Challenge is Idaho’s longest running and most prestigious grappling event! An Idaho original that began as a standard tournament, has now evolved into a super-fight series event that attracts the best submission grapplers from all across the Pacific Northwest and Rocky Mountain regions!
The NWSC’s mission from the beginning has always been to grow Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and submission grappling in the Treasure Valley and beyond. In that effort, they are happy to support events like the Summer Submission Showdown, which gives newer competitors the chance to test their skills in a safe, low-pressure environment. We are incredibly grateful for their support and look forward to some of our first timers eventually getting the opportunity to compete on the NWSC stage!
