The staff and facility at Combat Fitness Boise are great! I am new to the world of MMA and Matt was very helpful and informative as he took me through my free one on one session. I signed up for the basic package and have been doing the Fight Fit classes and Brazilian Ju Jitsu.
Both Jesse and Brad have been super encouraging and helpful as this is all new for me. Fight Fit is a fun new way to get in a killer workout.
