SBG Idaho coach and professional mixed martial artist, Shino VanHoose, returns to action Saturday, July 21 at Invicta FC 30! VanHoose (6-5 MMA, 1-1 IFC) will take on Alesha Zappitella (3-0-1, 0-0 IFC) in an atomweight contest. VanHoose last appeared in Invicta Fc 25 this past August, where she earned a hard-fought split decision over prospect Alyse Anderson. Shino has been hard at work improving in all aspects of her game, and we look forward to another impressive victory as she continues to move up the atomweight rankings!
