We will provide refreshments each morning and encourage all attendees to wear comfortable clothing and bring note taking materials. For all non coaches, this is an opportunity to deepen your experience at SBG Idaho and become involved beyond the role of a student!  For all current coaches, this is a tool to further your knowledge, refine your skills, and continue to give the best to our students! If you are in a leadership role in any part of your life, this course will give you the ability to communicate more effectively while motivating and encouraging those around you properly.

The cost is $50 for all SBG members and $75 for non-members. You can register for this event at the front desk, up to the morning of the event, or online at http://store.combatfitness.com/. Looking forward to seeing you all there!!!
