Each new school year brings new adventures and challenges for your children. They’ll meet new people, new teachers, and face new challenges. One of those challenges is dealing with bullies.
As a parent, it is heartbreaking to see your child experience the pain bullying can cause. Thousands of kids in America dread going to school every day because of the physical and emotional harassment they endure from their classmates. This worry and anxiety leads to issues such as low self-esteem, reduced productivity, timidity, and inability to be themselves.
For over five years, SBG Idaho’s Growing Gorillas Martial Arts program has taught hundreds of local children how to defend themselves from bullies. Head Coach Ryan Morgan and his staff of coaches have earned the respect and appreciation of the Boise community for doing such an outstanding job teaching kids how to overcome adversity faced in school and everyday life!
