SBG Idaho MMA athletes hit the cage again tonight at Front Street Fights 25 at Idaho Central Arena in downtown Boise, Idaho!
The main event sees TUF & DWSC alum, Ricky “The Karate Kid” Steele (7-2 MMA, 3-0 FSF) take on Florida’s Joe “The Party” Penafiel (10-4 MMA, 0-0 FSF) in a high stakes bantamweight showdown. Despite multiple opponent changes leading up to this fight, Steele maintained focus on his preparation, and is ready to display his finest performance tomorrow night in front of the home town crowd!
In the evening’s co-main event, newly-minted SBG Idaho Black Belt, Darrell “The Fiesta” Flores (8-6 MMA, 2-2 FSF) takes on BKFC veteran, Eddie Hoch (11-5 MMA, 0-0 FSF). Flores returns for his first fight after coming up short in his bid for the FSF Lightweight Championship in 2021. Greatly improved in all areas of his game, Flores looks to stake his claim to another title shot with a victory over the tough and durable Hoch.
Opening the pro card tonight will be SBG Idaho’s Ben Hollier (6-3 MMA, 2-0 FSF) taking on LFA veteran Isaac Thomson (3-1 MMA, 0-0 FSF) in a featherweight clash. Hollier has continued to improve his skillset and looks to continue his ascension up the ranks with a victory over the Australian prospect, Thomson.
Before the professionals kick things into high gear, the evening’s final amateur fight will feature SBG Idaho coach, Charyl Rush (0-1 MMA, 0-0 FSF) taking on Maddie Moorhead (0-3 MMA, 0-0 FSF) in a 120lb women’s catchweight fight. Charyl has been diligently putting in the work and we can’t wait to watch her put on her best performance yet tomorrow fight!
