My friends and I are extremely impressed with this facility. We looked around at other options before picking this one. The training staff are well qualified and extremely helpful during classes. If we struggled they were right there to help and explain new concepts. We are excited to see results from the training we are receiving. Even though we have only been to a few classes we can begin to see result and can’t wait to continue our fitness and boxing programs.
