SBG Idaho coach, Shino VanHoose, is back in the cage Thursday, August 31 at Invicta 25: Pa’aluhi vs Kunitskaya.
Coach Shino (5-5 MMA, 0-1 IFC) will be taking on promotional newcomer, Alyse Anderson (3-0 MMA, 0-0 IFC), in an atomweight (105 lb) showdown. This will be Shino’s second fight for Invicta, dropping a short notice fight to future atomweight title challenger, Amber Brown, in January 2016. She rebounded strongly with a TKO win over Sarah Lagerstrom at FSF 10 in December 2016.
Invicta FC is the leading all-women’s MMA promotion in the world. Invicta 25 will take place at the Tachi Palace Casino in Lemoore, California, and is headlined by a Bantamweight title fight between Raquel Pa’aluhi and Yana Kunitskaya. Shino has been working very hard since she last appeared in the Invicta cage and we are incredibly excited to watch her display her skills on a worldwide stage!!!
